Biospecimen Workflow Infographic
Taking a busy Word document and making it more consumable
Infographics created with Microsoft Word can easily get busy and overloaded with information. It’s visual limitations can make information very difficult to comprehend.
The Proposal
Take a typical information workflow that has been visualized using Microsoft Word, and convert it to a simpler infographic. As well as reduce the amount of copy needed to explain the workflow of a Biospecimen sample for a study.
The Outcome
The use of iconography to tell some of the story helped reduced the amount of copy the user has to consume. It also begins the process of visual association, allowing the reader to recognize significant steps along the way easily. This result also is more visually engaging and easier to understand in a shorter amount of time.
